Beatty is a merchant banker with a good rep..u think he's gonna be on the BOD of both ASYI and MKHD and hire one of the most prestigious and expensive law firms Anslow Jaclin (who specialise in RMs!) in order to sell a few hundred thousand dollars worth of stock??? Ok then. lol
