District Court order in the Momenta-Mylan-TEVA Copaxone litigation has been entered- dated 7/24/2012.

In sum, there are a number of orders, including:

(i) the effective date of any FDA approval of the ANDA shall not be earlier than the expiration of various patents on May 24, 2014, or to the extent the FDA determines that a pediatric exclusivity is applicable, the date any such exclusivity ends;

(ii) the defendants are enjoined from selling produce prior to patent expiration, which is May 24, 2014 for certain patents, and September 1, 2015 in the case of the '808 patent.
