Thank you for your reply but as we stated we are working on getting the capital into the company not that the capital is already in the company. In order to maximize the resources we have to date we had all agreed not to take compensation from the company at this time. I understand your frustration with Greg Evans but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done at this time about it. We will notify the investors via PR when we had assembled the full board of directors and they are. I hope that this process will be completed within the next 2 weeks. Please be patient we are working to become a fully compliant filer with the SEC but everything takes time. Also please be advised that none of us sold any stock since we took over the company.
