Yes, we are working on the merger the best form is to go in joint
venture and split the business. We started the process and we started
paying our part of the business share for the 49% We should complete
all payments in 6 months.

The calling card and telecom contracts ended, and at this time we are
focusing on the energy supply contracts and LED in the US.

Viper did about $2 mill in the last contract, we are working on much
larger projects. If you look at the legal filing we did with the stat
of CT it shows projections of $40 mill by end of year 2013.
