Thank you for that post. Do you understand/comprehend the 8ks?

Major issue for me (8ks).....had the same idea as you "both paths are similar". The deals sound fishy, but on a positive- fishy on both sides of the deal.

Based on what I know I would demand the same no matter my seat at the meeting that ended in these terms....atlesst based on how I thought I read them and my personal desperate situations and others that I have witnessed.....but as an entrepreneur I will go with an optimistic view and assume investor only tool the leap because his terms were granted
