Turokman, how do you interpret today's 8k-3?

It looked like they needed $30k to pay for something??? Not trying to guess what it is at this point....just wondering if I'm even comprehending even remotely close??

The last time i'llstaye this, as I think many of you now know....my knowledge comes from running a business, but with 2-3 less digits and not public (and dislectic).....

I just would appreciate more in depth replies as I am really struggling to understand this side of the game.
