Thanks.. And yeah I can't see them allowing people in to mess up their "business plan"....

I also don't see any big runs in the future... And a R/S will not happen until all dilution is complete... And seeing as how it just happen after they PR'd "end of derivative financing" they filed a MANDATORY SEC 8K.. Showing they did just that...

Intentional or not they lied to the whole world about dilution and derivative financing.. A/S will become maxed out if not raised again...

I said it all year since the increase to 2.5B shares... If they dilute again I'm out till they get their shit together...

New game plan for me:
Wait for dilution to end, the dip on the R/S then get back in..

I will not let them devalue my hard earned dollars because they can't control their spending and all of these free shares are burning a hole in their pocket..
