The part you are forgetting is that Renu IS Shaka. The only thing that took place is the name change. The debt that shows in the filings can't just "disappear" with a name change. The company has not provided one single filing to show where the debt has gone, who holds it and where the revenue is.

Sorry, I just don't believe in coincidences. More research to follow.
