I spoke with Micheal Hayes who is the Interim President of EPGL during restructuring, in charge of assembling the new management team. He informed me that if shareholders have questions for Him, PwC or Dr. Hunter,feel free to contact him and he will get back to u as soon as possible. We will get 24 hours notice before r/s and they are in the middle of establishing new offices, new management, new website and a new Investor Relations team.
