I disagree...

Megas needs to file, get current, and state the share structure of his shell.

The officials have the info they need to make a decision.

He can just sit back, and let the story play out.

NOW, all of this is contingent on the fact that he has been, and still is, honest in his ongoing circumstances.

The truth always bubbles to the surface. And with the quality of people (Yes, that includes Janice, Jim, Art, etc) on this board, we'll know whats up.

THEN, it'll be time to sick the dogs on the media and regulatory bodies.

Yes, there was fraud here but the stock world isn't fair and the regulatory bodies don't care enough about BCIT a pinkie to clean it up.
