$10 million cash, plus $10 million more now in escrow, dependent on ORSUF getting permission to sell more shares from the Khazak government, which ORSUF has a very good relationship with.

The escrowed finds are for 25 million units at .40, for 1 share and 1 warrant for 1/2 share.

So the stock is trading at $.125, and the company is selling units at well over twice that amount. Apparently, someone thinks this stock is worth a good deal more than .125/share!
