- competition no likee IMSCs surging on to their turf and they try to destroy the company's rep
- short sellers who only look at balance sheets think they are right and try to sell high/buy low
- dummies who buy at tippy tops and then wonder why the stock goes lower
- posters employed by bigger fish who know the opportunity and aim to keep SP low to accumulate
mix, mash, stir, and add your own conspiracy theories ;) <ggg>
added liquidity/trading of shares is generally good as weak hands sell to strong, building a higher base.
a large short position can get squeezed and lead to big spikes in price as fundamentals improve.
