A representative from PGLC just returned my call from late last week. Her timeline for the change over from CRGC stock to PGLC was going to take 3 to 6 months from now. Her take was, to finalize the back and forth with the SEC will most likely take another 30 to 60 days and following that more work needs to be done on the corporate level to dissolve CRGC and so on. This isn't altogether exciting news but we know somewhat the time line will most likely look like. Oh well we will just have to keep waiting and be patent.g
