I'm sorry but at this time, EGPI Firecreek has nothing to do with Caddo Industries or Petrolind. Although EGPI had planned to acquire Caddo Industries, it was based upon the compliance and furnishing of proper due dilgence materials to EGPI Firecreek. To date, Caddo has not complied and so there is no acquisition or transaction. Any and all questions relating to those companies should be taken up with David Taylor at this moment.
