I just transferred 5 acres (2 lots to my daughter). The Title com had to send it out to an attorney for legal opinion. Even though they had just done the very same thing when I purchased the lots to start with, it still took a while to get the opinion back. The opinion was for the title company to confirm the legal docs were indeed "legal".

Maybe the Attorneys have to get a second opinion? LOL



This was posted at a Federal Building (IRS) in Dallas. Shouldn't all of us be considered Taxpayers?
