Ever wondered why the SEC Denver office dealt with BCIT when they come under the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles office?

Technically, Denver is closer to Oklahoma than L.A. is. The L.A. office tends to be busier. The decision probably had to do with which office had staff available.

Sorry I couldn't work any conspiratorial elements into that explanation.
