For once we agree. Even if we take your number of 200M short....the means 200:1 ratio of short to real. That is what SEC would define as 'chaos'. It will take something other than market forces to get that fixed, thanks to the SEC. Make no mistake, I would love to see it, but of course it will never happen. Brokers can cover at much lower prices, and in a civilized and controlled manner by buying shares from the company.
