Pac...I'm in very much the same boat you're in. I do not hold an insignificant quantity of shares here. I am eager to purchase more but...despite Peni Masheen's assessment of cluelessness, I am holding off from adding to my position here until I have something that looks like real "official" information, presented in an Official way. If SP wants Tivus' investors to make him feel good when he happens to read IHUB, then he knows exactly what he has to do to get that. He'll get support and all the good things that come with supportive people.
I am very done with "shortly" this and "in-the-near-future" that. This bought SP quite a nice chunk of time and goodwill from the positives on this board and others, but he has now used up all of that goodwill. I will not go so far as to suggest he deliberately misrepresented the state of things. I feel he characterized the situation as best he could as he saw it at the time he made any "forward-looking" statements. I grant him this because I do feel SP has integrity. His spectacular lack of empathy, though, requires he goes about getting some empathy and soon....... very, very soon. SOme apologies from him are overdue and this has nothing to do with how anyone perceives how business is done.
I expect to be treated the same way he treats Mr. Truckenmiller and nothing less.(Assuming that it is what we expect that relationship to be like.)
If SP looks at anyone else supporting TIVUS and treats them as anything less, then as a CEO he has a MAJOR deficit which demands to be addressed. My dollar invested is just as valuable as Mr. Truckenmiller's dollar is. My phone call or email has no less value than does Mr. Truckenmiller's.
When SP tweeted that Tivus was ready, it is fair to ask at this point exactly what Tvus is ready for. From a certain perspective it appears it is ready for Chapter 11 or a reverse split. From another, it is ready to stomp all over the naysayers and make a number of people considerably more wealthy.
Anyway, I digress. Very little stands in the way of either possibility playing out in the near-term. Boom or bust. even if the next PRs arent all full of happy clowns, balloons and minstrels..the truth stated candidly, honestly and with no fairy-dust sprinkled all over the place to make any bad news more palatable will go much further with me than this self-imposed radio silence SP has cast around his beloved Tivus. Did I mention empathy? Oh, yes. I see it up there. Good.
NOw.. I have just finished training a small group of tribbles how to clean a toilet bowl. If I can patent this, I am golden. Next, I am off to see if they can apply and then remove polishing compound from a private shuttle. I might be able to contract these little suckers out as fast as they can reproduce. If I can get one to hang on each end of a short stick I have a Q-tip for large aliens. If one can hang on to a string... well, let's not go there just yet.
