I thought GOSY had no money. Where did they get $300k for MacLeod to "abscond" with? Why didn't they charge Mac criminally for theft or at least sue him to get the money back?

Doesn't this open up roger to being sued by investors for breaching his fiduciary responsibility?

Are we sure roger didn't end up with the money? It all sounds very fishy to me.
