ONCO/Wayne: Anyone can chime in if they think this needs to be corrected:

1. If the discharge did not happen on the effective date, there is a possibility that the CTs can still be discharged.

2. If the discharged happened on the effective date, the CTs are safe and did not get discharged. The proof is it is still trading.

3. Equity will not be discharged in any of 1 or 2 above.

4. Equity will benefit big if CTs get discharged.

5. CTs are included in the liability subject to compromise line item on the balance sheet.

The bottomline again is we wont know if there was a discharge until they inform us with more information.

My question is does CTs still have that hybrid status? I hope and think they do.

That is my take...go figure....devil
