Our NeoMedia shares securities are now being quoted on OTC Link. Previously, our shares had 1 Market Maker/Broker-Dealer remaining on the OTC Bulletin Board while the remainder had been quoting on OTC Link. This is a result of the continued Broker-Dealer migration away from the OTC Bulletin Board.

By background, OTC Link trades over 10,000 equity securities across three Tiers: OTCQX - The Intelligent Marketplace for the Best OTC Companies; OTCQB - The Venture Marketplace; and OTC Pink - The Open Marketplace. As an SEC registrant, our shares are traded on the middle Tier, OTCQB.

Going forward, please go to www.OTCMarkets.com as Yahoo and other vendors are not displaying our Bid and Ask spread. More specifically, it will most likely show as “N/A.” Contrary to the OTC Bulletin Board, we believe you will appreciate the Real Time pricing that can be found at the OTCMarkets website.
