The SEC takes a dim view of stock promoters who send out glowing reviews in their newsletters up until the time they do not get hired and then turn negative because of lack of paid promotion..

Its call grievous interference with a public company and is the basis for criminal investigations against First Alert and any co-conspirators. And I know who the co-conspirators are as well.
