I agree flippers are here. At the end of the day it is still good if its the same flippers coming in buying and selling their own shares and skimping a few extra off of the scared investors. Its healthy.

But how can you say the float isn't locked up when the PPS moves 25% and down....50% total on a total volume of .1% of the O/S
