Peggy you are only partially right. Those wells will never be put in to production by UNGS. Mainly because UNGS isn't interested in the production of oil or nat gas. What they are interested in is the value of the land that they now have rights to which has the POTENTIAL to produce oil and gas.

It's actually a fairly brilliant idea. Jim and Wayne are scooping up land in a down economy at dirt cheap prices with the intent to not sell the mineral and gas resources, but rather to sell the LAND.

They can make more money with less effort through buying land cheap and selling it to another energy company, than by spending a ton to fix up old wells and produce oil.

I see UNGS more as a real estate play than an energy play.
