MTBR - new owner and state of incorporation

MTBR is now incorporated in Oregon under new ownership! Matthew Wagner, a long time employee of MTBR, has incorporated the company in Oregon in March of 2012. A review of the contact information in the above sites shows a match to the Oregon SOS filing. New ownership and a new State of Incorporation - could we see a news flow soon?
