An interesting find for sure..Definitely worth a read. I'm no lawyer tho! The way ASYI has traded since March 2nd may have had everything to do with those famous NOLs! :)

Since NOLs may be one of a target company's most desirable features, the structure of a transaction may be dictated by the target's tax attributes
