They mine gold and silver ore. This is the company's only mine in the US and the only source of ore. They have in the past shipped to other mills in NV and to Republic Washington while the mill was being refurbished. The mill had been shut down for 10 years and it took over a year to get it back to full production.

Ore concentrate is one of the final products of a mill. Smelters are few and far between any more in the US and Canada.
