I will be 15% in earlier Sept. Can someone post how the dividend will work though as far as the term you have held the original stock? Will the time start over at day 1 if the dividend is paid in the form of a whole new stock? I am trying to figure out if that stock itself has to sit for a year to get 15% or if it is already "vested" based on how long you held the original?
