Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals Inc (NOUV)

It seems to me (please correct me if I am wrong) that NOUV may be trying to keep the pps down because maybe and I say maybe some other company has made them a offer for a buyout. I suspect secrecy because they don't want the pps to go up considerably. I would also suspect that the purchasing company would want the pps to be low for the obvious reason that the purchase would be lower but, also I am sure that NOUV has considerable debt and of course the purchasing company would be acquiring the debt also. I am probably wrong but, I got to put my two cents worth in.
