3,000,000 shares issued to Equity Awareness Group in connection with a Financial Marketing Consulting Services Agreement.  Basically PZOO is paying EAG 3,000,000 shares for 1 year of IR services from July 9, 2012 through July 9, 2013

Equity Awareness Group has been involved in paying for several stock promotions in the past. EAG has their own stock promotion website - StockBrainiac.com. Equity Awareness Group also runs two other stock promotion companies - Emerging Media Group LLC which has a stock promotion website called MobileStockPicks.com and Premier Equity Reports which has a stock promotion website called PremierEquityReports.com

Names connected to Equity Awareness Group include Mike Perinotti and Marc Gottlieb

This is the second issuance of 3,000,000 shares in which PZOO claimed the agreement could not be released to the public because of confidentiality issues. Back on May 24, 2012, PZOO issued 3,000,000 shares to Gotham Advisory Group (Scott Weiner).

The 8K also announced that physical therapist, David Cunic, stepped down as the Chairman of the Board allowing his fellow co-founder of the PZOO Inc shell, Steve Basloe, to take over the role of Chairman of the Board.
