so the sec comes in shuts down pgie gandys off the hook for pgie an an starting a new company the stockholders take the loss for pgie sounds like the sec is working for gandy!!!!!!! it shoure did a lot of good who ever reported it to the sec!! because all it did was cheat the stockholders out of there investment !! it seems like everyone is for gandy an no one for the stockholders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i dont know about you but this makes me wont to invest more money it sounds like thieves working with thieves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
