AGM:

Kevin Rauber stressed many times that they know shareholders are wanting updates. He seems to be a no-nonsense guy. Very professional. Doesn't live in N.F., commutes Monday-Thursday.

Unit 1 needed repairs because of the intense testing they subjected it to.

New processors: 12-14 weeks for parts to arrive, 6 weeks to assemble. The bottleneck is having the trained people to assemble them.

K.R.: "I communicate daily with Rock-Tenn."

1Q2013 appears to be the breakout quarter.

88,880,000 shares to be voted plus the 100,000,000 super-voting.
122,000,000 represented at the AGM (64%).

Company wouldn't comment on any on-going litigation.
