Value Microcap Index (Rebalanced)
Commentary: The rebalanced value microcap index is up 73.18%, and last week the index was up 74.84% for the year. The index is up 73.18% this year, which is also much more then old index coming in at 60.12% this week. Although, both indexes have clearly diverged from each other, the differential between the two indexes actually has remained pretty stagnet since late July. However, the differential between the two indices is now at a new record of 13.06%, beating the old record 12.59%, so maybe the stagnet period of the differential of the indexes is over, and the differential will start to extend in the future weeks to come, but who knows. Only time will tell. For this index I have to show the information in dollar terms then go back to % at the end, because of multiple buy points of certain stocks, now with the surplus from 5/31/05 rebalancing & 6/30/05 rebalancing. Remember originally we put a 1,000.00 in each stock in the index and their were 100 stocks, which basically means we invested $100,000 in this fantasy index to start.
