Les confirmed in an email to another shareholder that the 15% equity interest retained by mdmn and JJ is more in the nature of a free carried interest unburdened by any expenses. Not quite sure how that will be pulled off but it is very good news if true. I'm looking forward to seeing a detailed comprehensible explanation of the deal from one or both of the parties.
