Robert and Threes, MOS by my understanding is referring to the Median Overall Survival rate. Wiki has this excerpt:
Overall survival is often used as an endpoint in clinical trials, e.g. median overall survival expressed in months. (Median is used because it can be calculated once 50% of the subjects have died).

Of course, acronyms can stand for different things and mean might be referenced in some reports rather than median. However, calculating the mean would require that all the data be in before the calculation can be done (sum up the time of survival for each patient after all in the study have died and divide by the number of patients in the study). If there are a few patients in a study that managed a complete recovery, the practical limitations of using the mean for reporting overall survival become obvious. I see value in a study reporting, minimum, maximum, mean and median survival statistics if the data is available, but the median overall survival seems informative enough for my interests as an investor.

The Median Overall Survival rate is the number of months associated with that single patient in the trial that dies representing the half-way mark of the evaluable patient population (half died, half were still surviving). The Median OS can be determined without waiting for what happens to the patients in the surviving group.

My observation is that MOS is referring to Median Overall Survival for the ongoing PPHM studies and studies being compared to the Bavi results. It is a good sign for PPHM when the median patient that has died has not yet been established in one of the ongoing PPHM trials, presuming that PPHM is reporting out results in a timely manner as PPHM has indicated they are doing.

Best wishes and IMO.
