You are off base. No investor group has announced anything? Can you name them. He is right. Charts mean nothing now. If Belize announces oil the pps goes up and charts don't tell you when the pps is going up or down. This is not APPLE or MICROSOFT and charts can't tell when they will up or down. Charts are based on history and not the future.
