This is why I don't think you are going to see the S E C approve the back-dating. It went like this .. FIRST a Directors Meeting to approve doing it. That did happen. THEN --- it should have been announced IMMEDIATELY and having a Record Date x number of days in the FUTURE. It wasn't. This is where KATG is seriously remiss. I'll bet I'm right.
