Another thing about the LOI "termination" wording .... Why would there have to be a specific 90 day time period stated in the LOI to allow termination before expiration if a termination PR was required as you believe in the case of the Birthday Slam notation in the 8K? See what I'm saying? What expired in the LOI yet still require a termination sometime down the road if they decide not to play nice anymore?
LOI is dead. Formal negotiations are dead. Continued negotiation could still be happening or KoolTel moved on to greener pastures.
