Just a quick question on ASYI RM.... I have read several post regarding KoolTel doing a RM w/ ASYI for tax benefits???? I am assuming that when KoolTel finalizes a RM w/ ASYI, that all the consumed debt will now be a tax right-off? Is that correct? The reason that I bring this up is that I would think that if there is the eventual RS, it would definitely go in our favor.... Because KoolTel wants the debt. Am I looking at this correctly or have I been drinking too much KoolTel kool-aid? This is just my opinion. This has zero educational value. GLTA
