I suggest that we stop singing him praise until he has earned it, and start putting him on the spot more. This saying how busy he is and how hard he works is a load. I like the quote below.

I've been here for more than a year and VAL should just tell it like it is....How long does it take for a bureaucrat to give us an answer....Go OTOW (I'm just as pissed as the next one but my arms aren't long enough to get things done)imo
