If Bavi is the real deal for NSCLC and probably a slew of other solid cancers, IMHO a BP will want exclusive worldwide rights to it. And, considering that a deal to scarf up PPHM in toto could easily be done for single digit billions(we sincerely wish), why wouldn't they just do it.

It we sell off Bavi rights outside the US, my take would be that the BPs didn't see real value in it. I really don't want to see that.
