At this point, uplisting is a pipe dream.

They have no time or motivation to communicate with the shareholders about what is happening because things are happening fast and furious right now.

Each increment of stabilization will almost be self evident as it happens or the good results afterwards will indicate.

Their current need to borrow capital shows that they are having trouble filling back orders while still expanding.

They have to come up with an attractive management team in order to attract more investors.

If they had been able to attract private capital early on, they wouldn't be having this problem.

But they had so many loose management cannons on deck, they were unable to attract smart private investors.

Since they went public, it is too late for that.

Dillution is like air so thin on oxygen, you can't get your breath no matter how hard you try.
