the new CEO has completely redefined this company's strategy and if his tenure so far is any indication of his ability to move quickly, then he will be announcing first revenues in the immediate future. ANTS is extremely undervalued with a current market cap under $4 million. this is why ANTS is going up, not because of the buyback.
