I am in another stock going through a similar situation to ASYI. The LOI was not cancelled by either party involved by the date set. Investor speculation was split. 1/2 thought the deal was dead and 1/2 thought "the date" on the LOI was just an OPT-out deadline. Here is where it gets interesting. Six weeks after the date, the candidate company filed an S-1 with the SEC to show proposed share structure prior to the RM. All my DD up to that point had been going toward the public shell and not the RM Candidate. Does KoolTel have to file?? And if so do you or any readers have any info on this? THANK YOU. GLTA on ASYI
