Of course there is just visit OTC Pink and you will see what this guy did. The guy needs to let someone run the company who know what they are doing and have some credibility. He is done for and no one is going to believe anything he releases. He could help his case by giving up some of the shares he took from shareholders via his reverse split. He needs to do a forward split for starters.
