The sec had a perfect opportunity to do so when the otc markets flagged mdgc with a caveat emptor. We've already heard the "no correlation" speech between the sec and the otc. However, it is common logic to know that a caveat emptor, with otc, is public information. The sec is obviously part of the public eyes as well. The sec not only 'did not' issue a suspension, but otc accepted the documentation submitted to make mdgc current with the removal of the caveat designation. <--- quite promptly I may add.

Now, as far as "WE" are doing everything "in our power" to "get this halted" and "I think we are close." <--- some clarification wouldn't hurt with explaining who "we" are and what public info you can provide to inform shareholders that "we are close."
