Yesterday the BK judge found good cause and extended the 120 and 180 day exclusivity periods . Therefore October 1, 2012 and Nov 27,2012 respectively

Extend / Limit Exclusivity Period (Motion)

11 U.S.C. § 1121(d)


Only the debtor may file a plan until 120 days after the date of the order for relief. This is called the "Exclusivity Period." The debtor may request an extension to the 120 day exclusivity period that is not more than 18 months after the date of the order for relief. A party in interest may request a reduction or extension to the 120 day or the 180 day periods.
