Well you have it wrong again.

JBI disclosed a summary of the SAIC report in a PR.

We assume that the pipe investors got to look at the complete report, but there is no hard evidence of that other than the PIPE investors invested close to $11 million in JBI.

Reg FD requires the PIPE investors to keep the contents of the report confidential, if they got to read it.

So far there has been no comment by a PIPE investor on the SAIC report. That is in keeping with the SEC regulations for PIPE investors.
