I for one am tired of seeing this type of post. It's the same , over and over.
I love how some never give credit where it's due. What do you call having annual Audited Ks , and audit reviews Qs???
Before some go all hyper critical, please check and see how many pink sheet stocks in CE actually do what they say, pay the $ and go through the stress of having an AUDITOR review and submit their SEC filings. Guess some aren't too familiar with Pink Markets and just bought on hype w no DD, what so ever.
The point of Audited Filings is to be able to use them for a greater goal of not just being " current" but, ....
LEAVING THE PINK SHEETS.
But, I guess it's easier for some to sit there w less than 100k shares or so, whom have never had to pay an Auditor, or have a publicly traded co, and say " when these guys get their act together"
Some have no idea what's going on, as in ZERO REAL BUSINESS EXPERIENCE, just talk, and have no problem staring a gift horse in the mouth.
