Debu801: Those are my thoughts exactly MLRB can take this recommendation and turn it into anything they want. There will be
people at the hearing and input to the max. I too am looking for
even MORE positive results forthcoming. This is the start of something really big IMO
If one has followed this long enough--this is a milestone decision!
